The correct usage time may vary according to the person, but it is recommended to follow some general rules in the use of sauna and steam room for people in good health. If your goal is to warm up and soften your muscles, 12-15 minutes a day will suffice for you in the dry heat of the sauna. On the other hand, the humid environment of the steam room is ideal for opening the breathing channels and pores of the skin. For this purpose, 5-6 minutes of use will be sufficient. It is obligatory to use a swimming suit in the Male-Female sauna and steam rooms.YOUR PERSONAL PREFERENCES

Guests are younger than 12 years can only use Splash Kids Zone and Hammam, in accompaniment of their parents. Massage service is not provided to our guests under the age of 16.
Care of our guests aged 16-18 can only be performed with the signature of their parents and by therapists of the same gender.
